Description

Even though EZY-TURN BODY FILL is petroleum based, field service has shown it has excellent ability to remain in the body cavity. Has good metal adhesion and readily flows into hard-to-fill orifices and channels when pumped with a high pressure lubricator.

Applications

Good for close tolerance valves due to metal adhesion and superior flow properties under pressure.

Apply the Body-Fill to the entire interworking of the valve to coat and protect the valve body and all exposed parts. This formula will protect new machined parts from corrosion and help in the break-in process of the first cycles of the valves. Will also lubricate and protect all rubber and molded composite parts and seals.

Not recommended for use with oxygen or strong oxidizers such as hydrogen peroxide or sulfuric acid.
