Our top sell mviewsountain climbing helmet is well ventilated with PP shell and comes with EPS foam. The helmet comes with 4 clips carrying external headlamps, a new Up-N-Down size adjustment system with a central ratchet wheel and two lateral finger push winglets for an ultimate fit.
 

Quick Release Patent Adjuster
Quick-release ratchet adjuster,new and proprietary up-and-down size adjustment system provides the most precise and comfortable fit.
The Up-N-Down adjustment system gives the most precise and comfortable fitting of any helmet due to its unique double pivot design. This allows the back of the head to be cradled by the soft pad, which are then easily tightened to the correct tension by a central ratchet wheel. Lightweight and easy to use.

Comfortable fit with various heads
We make the reference according to ISO/DIS 6220 standard, plus the user’s experiences we accumulated from the market for over 22 years from different brands which we have been worked with, like LIMAR, SCOTT, SWEET, etc… In other words, if 80 persons of the 100 can fit standard brands helmet’s headform, then more than 90 persons of the 100 can fit our headform.

Detachable Patent Adjuster
Detachable and replaceable patent headlock provides the perfect adjustment, if the headlock broken after using a long time, it can be replaced by a new headlock immediately. No need to worry about the complicated and unsatisfied after-sale service like brands.

Helmet Accessories Available
There are two different materials of ventilations: Aluminium net and Electrically insulate nylon net.
The helmet comes with ten air intakes which provide efficient cooling and ventilation. The air intakes on the outer shell is equipped with protective aluminum anti-intrusion grille that prevents entry of debris into the helmet. If for electrician who want to have an insulation protection function, the material of intakes could be changed into nylon.

EPS raw material
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a rigid and tough, closed-cell foam, imported from America, it is usually black and grey,white.
It absorbs impact outside immediately then to protect people’s head greatly, so EPS is very important material component on a helmet.
