The SR 586 Tyvek® hood is designed for use together with a Sundström SR 520 Hood, SR 530 Hood, SR 570 Face shield or SR 575, SR 580 Helmet with visor, combined with a fan or the SR 507 compressed air attachment.

It protects against dust and particles as well as minor amount of splashing and dripping.

The SR 586 is made of Tyvek® and can be used in all situations where the SR 520, SR 530, SR 570, SR 575 or SR 580 can be used.

However, it does not protect against toxic, corrosive or irritating vapours or aerosols. The hood is intended for short-term use and is not suitable for cleaning.
