WELICHI LB4/500 Shock Preventor (Voltage Reducing Device) when fitted to an AC welding machine it reduces the welding power source’s Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) across the output terminals to a safe voltage not exceeding 25V. Stipulated by The Workplace Safety and Health (Shipbuilding and Ship-repairing) Regulations 2008 Part VII Clause 54.2 and Singapore Standards CP 88 Part 1: 2001 (Amendment No. 1) Clause 5.8.4 (a).
